Final Programme and Abstracts

The final programme and abstracts will be published online prior to the congress on this website. Abstracts will also be published in the abstract book, as a supplement of the WFSBP World Journal. Participants will receive a copy of the final progamme and abstract book with the congress material.

The official language of the WFSBP Congress 2009 is English.

Poster Exhibition


Posters will be displayed from Sunday, 28 June to Thursday, 2 July 2009 in the foyers nearby the technical exhibition. The posters will be changed daily and are displayed during the end of the technical exhibition and additionally on Thursday, 2 July 2009. Information regarding poster format, set-up and dismantling will be sent to the authors along with their notification of acceptance.

Technical Exhibition


The WFSBP Congress 2009 will be accompanied by a major technical exhibition taking place in the foyers of the Palais des Congrès. Potential exhibitors can request an exhibition/sponsoring brochure from the exhibition office CPO HANSER SERVICE. E-Mail:

Currency

French currency is EURO. Credit cards are fitly accepted.

Visa

The entry formalities for France vary according to the country of origin. Please address enquiries about entry and vaccination requirements to your travel agent or the local French consulate.

Insurance

 Please notice that the congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is strongly recommended and will need to be purchased in the country of origin.

Climate

Paris climate is relatively mild. In June / July, the average temperature is 23° C during the day. Fluctuation between day and night temperatures is about 10° C. Rain is quite rare in these months.
