Please register online for the WFSBP 2011 Prague Congress. Simply complete the online registration or make use of the registration form.

Registration for accompanying persons includes:
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

• Half-day city sightseeing tour of Prague

Payment
When registering for the WFSBP 2011 Congress in Prague, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment: credit card payment or bank transfer. Especially for payment made from outside Germany where the congress office is based, we strongly recommend credit card payments as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in Germany.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.

Cancellation of Congress Participation
If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. For cancellations by 10 January 2011, the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25 % for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 10 January 2011.

List of Participants
In order to encourage and enhance communication and collaboration, congress registrants‘ name, institution, city and country will be included in a list of participants published on the Internet (who is who). Participants may also request a direct link to the homepage of their institution.

On-site Registration after 16 May 2011
On-site registration will be possible but we recommend to register well in advance. Participants who wish to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not entitle participants to receive a delegate bag. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
