Registrations received after 16 June 2009 will be processed as on-site registrations. Please note that there will be an increase in fees after 15 December 2008 and after 16 June 2009.

Registration fee for WFSBP members, non-members, trainees and participants from developing countries includes:

• Light lunch from Sunday, 28 June to Thursday, 2 July 2009
• Coffee breaks from Sunday, 28 June to Thursday,2 July 2009
• Congress bag with congress materials (final programme, abstract book etc.)
• Use of public transportation system (transportation pass) valid from Sunday, 28 June to Thursday, 2 July 2009

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on 28 June 2009
• Half day Paris Super City Sightseeing Tour
• Use of public transportation system (transportation pass) valid from Sunday, 28 June to Thursday, 2 July 2009

Congress Registration

On-site Registration, after 16 June 2009
On-site registration will be possible but we recommend to register well in advance. Participants who wish to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration goes not entitle participants to receive a delegate bag. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.

Payment
When registering for the WFSBP 2009 Congress in Paris, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer. Especially for payment made from outside Germany where the congress office is based, we strongly recommend credit card payments as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin, and a second time in Germany.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form that also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.

Cancellation of Congress Participation
If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. For cancellations by 15 December 2008, the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25 % for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 15 December 2008.

List of Participants
In order to encourage and enhance communication and collaboration, congress registrants’ name, institution, city and country will be included in a list of participants published on the Internet. Participants may also request a direct link to the homepage of the participant or his/her institution.
