CPO HANSER SERVICE has officially appointed AIMS International as local partner and agent for accommodation for the 10th WFSBP Congress 2011. AIMS International has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories.

Participants are well advised to book their accommodation as soon as possible via the online registration form.

Sponsors and Exhibitors can book the hotel rooms they require directly from AIMS. A separate document outlining the hotel conditions is issued for block bookings and is available from AIMS upon request.

Accommodation

  • Hotel rooms at special congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories all over Prague. There will be no shuttle services provided by the congress between the congress hotels and the Prague Congress Centre.
  • Reservation per phone will not be accepted.
  • Please note that a credit card is necessary to book the hotel. By booking through this website, you authorize AIMS to forward your credit card details to the respective hotel. The credit card details are necessary to guarantee your hotel booking.

Room Rates
The indicated room rates are per room and per night. All rates include breakfast and 10% VAT.


Cancellation Conditions for individual Hotel Reservations
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Hotel Reservation Office. The respective cancellation fees will be charged by AIMS according to the following conditions:

  • Up to 20 March 2011: 20 EUR will be charged for administrative fee.
  • Between 21 March and 30 April 2011: 1 night deposit will be charged.
  • After 30 April 2011: Up to a maximum of 100% of originally booked reservation can be charged.

In case of no-show or later arrival or earlier departure other than reserved dates, all nights as reserved will be charged by the respective hotel.
