When registering for the WFSBP 2017 Congress in Copenhagen, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment: credit card payment or bank transfer. Especially for payment made from outside Germany where the congress office is based, we strongly recommend credit card payments as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in Germany.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.

Cancellation of Congress Participation

Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. In case of cancellation by 25 January 2017 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of 25%. No refund will be made after 25 January 2017.

Letter of invitation

The congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to any registered delegate requesting one.

When you register, please tick the appropriate box to indicate that you require an official letter of invitation. Passport number, date of birth, issue and expiry date will need to be filled in. You will receive your official letter of invitation automatically by email (attachment). Invitation letters will not be sent by mail. If an express delivery is required, the participant shall order a courier at his/her own expense.

It is understood that such invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.

Please note

The congress registration fee has been waived for all chairs of accepted symposia. Co-chairs will receive a free registration if they are also speaking in the respective symposium. Speakers of accepted symposia, as well as chairs, co-chairs and speakers of accepted workshops will receive a 50 % discount on the regular congress fees. Please note that the congress does not provide any further financial support. Travel costs and accommodation should be self-financed.
