* According to the list of low-income countries defindes by the world bank (01/2020).
** The trainee/student status must be confirmed by a formal declaration from the Head of Department or the responsible for the training programme and is applicable only for participants born after 27 June 1981.
*** The discounted registration fee is available for chairs, co-chairs and speakers of accepted symposia, as well as chairs, co-chairs and speakers of accepted workshops for registrations until 4 February 2021 only. If your submission is not accepted by the committee you will be rebooked for the regular fee. Please note that the congress does not provide any further financial support. Travel costs and accommodation should be self-financed.

Registration fees include:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to Opening Ceremony
  • Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition
  • Congress materials


Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.


When registering for the congress, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in the target country.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. In case of cancellation until 25 January 2021 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of 25 %. No refund will be made after 25 January 2021.

Invitation Letter

The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. 
You can apply for an invitation letter online during the registration process on the congress website. The letters will be sent as e-mail attachments once the payment has been received.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.
