Abstract Guidelines
General Abstract Guidelines
- Abstracts must present original, unpublished work not previously published or presented at another meeting.
- If an earlier related presentation exists, the current abstract should present new data or additional insights beyond the prior disclosure.
- Do not include author identifiers in the body text.
- Use generic drug names; avoid brand promotion.
- No patient identifiers (e.g., names, hospital numbers).
- Standard abbreviations only; define at first use.
- Presenting authors must be registered before submitting an abstract, and registration should be completed soon after acceptance.
- Presenters must be available to present during their assigned session times.
- Conflict of Interest / Disclosure: Authors must disclose any financial conflicts of interest as part of the submission process.
- Publication Rights: By submitting an abstract, authors consent to publication of the abstract in the Congress materials (online and print).
- Author Agreement: The submitting (presenting) author confirms that all co-authors agree to the submission.
Detailed Guidelines
- Include an overall description with title, objectives, and a structured rationale.
- Each workshop presenter may also be required to submit an individual abstract for review.
- Word Limit: Maximum 600 words.
- Each symposium may include up to 4 speakers (from different countries).
- Submission includes workshop title, theme and educational objectives.
- Each workshop presenter may also be required to submit an individual abstract for review.

- Abstracts should be structured to include the following sections:
- Title: Concise and descriptive
- Background/Objectives: Clear scientific or clinical rationale
- Methods: Design, subjects/samples, measures, and analytic approach
- Results: Key findings with numbers/statistics where appropriate
- Conclusions: Interpretation and implications of the findings
- Word Limit: Maximum 300 words

No. All abstracts must be submitted in English. Submissions in other languages will not be accepted.
Yes, you may submit multiple abstracts, but each must be submitted separately and comply with the submission guidelines.
No, please check your work carefully, as the abstract cannot be changed once it has been submitted. Your submission will NOT be reviewed for typos or other errors.
Yes. Authors will receive a confirmation email along with an abstract ID once the submission is successfully completed.
Submitters will be notified of acceptance by email (please make sure to provide a working email address) after the review process has been completed.
