Indian delegates are requested to register via the GCBP Congress Website.

Payment options

Once you have registered online for the WFSBP Congress 2026 please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO and can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Particularly for payments from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, as charges for bank transfers may apply on both sides.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of your participation by 10 March 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of EURO 100. After 10 March 2026, no refunds will be issued. Please notify the Congress Office at wfsbp2026@cpo-hanser.de of your cancellation in writing.

Cancellation due to personal illness

We understand that unexpected situations such as personal illness can arise. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to personal illness. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation due to rejected abstract(s)

If an abstract is rejected and the author chooses not to attend the congress, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted. To qualify, written notification must be submitted within two weeks of receiving the rejection notice. If no notification is received within this period, it will be assumed that the individual intends to attend, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
