Each participant must register individually. It is not possible to register multiple people using the same congress account, and registration on behalf of someone else is not permitted. Please use your personal email address and a secure password to create your individual congress account and proceed with the online registration process.

Pay online via credit card or PayPal, or opt for bank transfer. - Receive Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent automatically upon successful registration. - Receive Invoice or Payment Confirmation
Your invoice or payment confirmation will be issued shortly thereafter.
Once you have registered online for the WFSBP Congress 2026 please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO and can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Particularly for payments from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, as charges for bank transfers may apply on both sides.

In the event of cancellation of your participation by 15 February 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of EURO 100. After 15 February 2026, no refunds will be issued. Please notify the Congress Office at wfsbp2026@cpo-hanser.de of your cancellation in writing.
We understand that unexpected situations such as personal illness can arise. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to personal illness. We appreciate your understanding.
If an abstract is rejected and the author chooses not to attend the congress, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted. To qualify, written notification must be submitted within two weeks of receiving the rejection notice. If no notification is received within this period, it will be assumed that the individual intends to attend, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Upon request to the Congress and Exhibition Office at wfsbp2026@cpo-hanser.de, the congress office will send a formal letter of invitation to registered (and paid) delegates for visa purposes. We generally need the following details from the congress participant: first name, last name, date of birth, passport number, issued date, expiry date, nationality.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Invitation letters will be sent by email or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at her/his own expense.
For companies wishing to register 10 or more delegates, we offer a group registration option. However, there are no discounts available for group registrations. The regular fees apply to each individual person.
Minimum requirement
A minimum of 10 registration vouchers must be purchased.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Delegate names and contact details must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the congress.
